After. is a telehealth medical home for the long bloom — the months and years after a baby, through perimenopause and beyond. One intake routes you to doctor-reviewed treatment across four rooms: Energy & Sleep, Weight & Body, Hormones & Mood, and Sexual Health. After. is a doctor-founded sub-brand of Lunajoy, the women's mental health platform.
Lunajoy is the parent company. Lunajoy Mental Health — the flagship at hellolunajoy.com — continues to offer therapy and psychiatry, in-network with most major insurers. After. holds the medical care; Lunajoy Mental Health holds the therapeutic care. When the right answer is both, the teams work from the same record.
Clients 18 and older, in all 50 states. Some treatments have additional age or health requirements — your intake checks them before anything is prescribed.
Licensed MD physicians. Every intake is reviewed by a doctor licensed in your state before any prescription is written.
Choose your treatment, complete its medical intake — one question at a time, five to ten minutes — and a doctor reviews your full picture within 24 hours. If the treatment is right and safe for you, it's prescribed and shipped. Nothing is charged until the doctor approves your medication.
Most care is asynchronous — you answer in your own time, and the doctor reviews and writes back. At times, the doctor may require a virtual appointment before prescribing; if so, you'll be contacted to schedule one.
Certain medications require labs — for example, sermorelin is monitored with blood work every six months, and hormone therapy may require labs depending on your age and history. Your doctor will tell you exactly what's needed and when.
Then it isn't prescribed, and you aren't charged. The intake screens for the conditions and medications that make each treatment unsafe — a careful no is part of good care, not a door closing. Where another path fits (including Lunajoy Mental Health), we'll point you to it.
Your provider and support team are available 24/7 through your client portal, email, and SMS.
Weight & Body: semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. Hormones & Mood: estradiol patch, estradiol pills, and progesterone capsules. Energy & Sleep: NAD+ injections, MICC-B12 injections, and sermorelin. Sexual Health: oxytocin nasal spray and sublingual strips. Each room page has plain-language detail on every treatment.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies based on your doctor's individualized prescription. They are not approved by the FDA in the same way as branded prescription drugs — we say that plainly wherever it applies. Your doctor will explain what it means for your specific prescription.
Most After. medications are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and the intake screens for both. If you're in that season, we'd rather meet you honestly now and care for you when the time is right.
Each treatment is priced per month, with lower monthly rates on longer plans — for example, estradiol pills start at $49 a month and semaglutide at $138 a month on a 12-month plan. Exact pricing is shown before your intake begins. Shipping is included in every price.
Only after a doctor has reviewed your intake, approved your treatment, and written your prescription. Completing an intake costs nothing.
You choose a 3, 6, or 12-month plan (some treatments are monthly). Your subscription ends when its term ends — no automatic rollover into a new term. Renewing is your choice, with a short check-in that your doctor reviews before your next term begins.

Typically within 7 days of your doctor's approval. Medications ship discreetly from licensed pharmacies, with temperature-controlled packaging where the medication requires it.
Before your subscription ends, you'll receive a short renewal check-in by email and in your client portal — how you're doing, any health changes, and how you'd like to continue. Your doctor reviews it before your next term is prescribed. If your health has changed, they may adjust your dose or reach out first.
Simply don't renew — your subscription ends at the end of its term. For some medications (like GLP-1s), your doctor may recommend a gradual taper rather than a hard stop; message your care team and they'll plan it with you.
